Abstract
In this talk we prove sparse domination results for the bilinear spherical maximal function given byΒ

𝑀(𝑓,𝑔)(π‘₯)=sup_(𝑑>0)⁑∫24_(𝑆2π‘‘βˆ’1)β–’γ€–| 𝑓(π‘₯βˆ’π‘‘π‘¦)𝑔(π‘₯βˆ’π‘‘π‘§)|π‘‘πœŽ(𝑦,𝑧), π‘₯βˆˆβ„π‘‘γ€—,

in any dimension d β‰₯ 2. The key innovation is a group of newly developed continuity Lp improving estimates for the localized version of the bilinear spherical maximal function. From the sparse bounds one can recover the known sharp Lp - Lq β†’ Lr bounds for M and deduce new quantitative weighted norm inequalities with respect to bilinear Muckenhoupt weights.
