BCAM joins the BBK Kuna Kideak alliance to drive the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals in Bizkaia

BCAM joins the BBK Kuna Kideak 2030 network, a multisectoral alliance of over 100 entities, established to accelerate collaboration and innovation in Bizkaia, aiming to activate the 2030 Agenda and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This partnership underscores the center's commitment to sustainable development and technological innovation. As part of this network, BCAM takes on the role of Kidea for Sustainable Development Goal 9 (SDG 9), which focuses on building resilient infrastructure, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and fostering innovation.

BCAM's advanced expertise in applied mathematics is crucial for addressing these challenges and making significant contributions to Bizkaia's progress in these areas.

The BBK Kuna Kideak network, driven by the Fundación BBK and its social innovation lab BBK Kuna, brings together more than a hundred leading institutions from various sectors to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and maximize the impact of their projects on society. It serves as a strategic collaboration space for pooling efforts to address the most urgent challenges of our time, exchange best practices, and access specialized resources and knowledge.
