BCAM Scientific Seminar: Density of wild data for the Euler system of gas dynamics

Abstract
Adapting the standard Glimm's scheme to the convex integration framework we show that the so-called wild data for the Euler system are dense in the Lp-topology. By wild data we mean the data that give rise to infinitely many entropy admissible solutions defined on an open time interval. The solutions are obtained by pasting Riemann blocks with a local smooth solution
